We share enquiry details with partnered VEU-accredited insulation providers solely to follow up on your request. We do not sell your details to unrelated third parties. We may use processors such as Google (Sheets / email) and our hosting provider to store and deliver the service.
Leads are stored in a restricted Google Sheet controlled by us. Access is limited to people who need it to run Ceiling Check. Keep in mind no online transmission is perfectly secure.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing hello@arvolabs.com.au. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with how we handle your information.
